Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Manage and monitor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on security best practices.
- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes, ensuring secure configurations.
- Conduct server audits and collaborate with the security team to address vulnerabilities and enhance compliance.
- Utilize configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) to automate server configurations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Support incident response and troubleshoot production issues with a security-first mindset.
- Document procedures and provide training to internal teams on secure DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and security.
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation and configuration.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (IAM, VPC, CloudTrail).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with security tools and practices, including vulnerability scanning, firewall configuration, and access management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of networking, load balancing, and DNS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in server audits and compliance checks (ISO, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
