The simplest way to partner. You identify businesses in your network with technology problems Bithost solves. You make a warm introduction, register the lead, and Bithost takes it from there. When the engagement closes, you receive your commission within 30 days. No technical knowledge required. No client management obligation. Just an honest referral from someone the client already trusts.

This model is particularly effective for accountants, lawyers advising on DPDP Act compliance, HR professionals who see clients buying public AI tools carelessly, and IT procurement managers who know which of their former employers has an unaddressed security problem.

Sell Bithost services under your brand

You sell Bithost services directly to your clients under your own brand and billing relationship. You set your own pricing above the Bithost wholesale rate, invoice your client directly, and Bithost delivers the service. Your client sees your firm as the provider. This model is ideal for IT consultancies and MSPs who want to expand their service portfolio without hiring delivery specialists for security audits, cloud cost reviews or email migrations.

As a Reseller you have full control over the client relationship. Bithost operates entirely in the background. We never contact your client without your instruction. Your margin is the difference between what you charge and the Bithost rate.

Technology Integration Partner

Build something that works together

You have a product, platform or SaaS tool that your clients use. A HRMS, an ERP, a compliance platform, a cloud monitoring tool. We integrate our security scanning, AI capability or cloud cost analysis into your platform so your clients get Bithost's expertise without leaving your interface. In return, you offer Bithost a distribution channel into your existing customer base.

This is a formal technical and commercial agreement. We co-develop the integration, co-fund the marketing, and share revenue from clients who purchase Bithost services through your platform.

A Strategic Alliance is the deepest form of partnership. We identify a firm whose clients, geography or service offering naturally complements ours and build a joint go-to-market together. No. Referral Partners do not need a technology background at all. If you work in an industry where businesses handle sensitive data, use cloud services or rely on email for operations, you almost certainly know people who need Bithost's services. You just need to be able to make a credible introduction. We will give you everything you need to explain what Bithost does and why a client should speak with us.
Lead locking resolves this definitively. The moment you register a prospect in the partner portal, that account is exclusively yours. First registration wins. If another partner tries to register the same company later, the system flags it and the earlier registration takes precedence. We do not adjudicate or split commission on locked leads.
Yes and we encourage it. Many partners start with Referral to test the relationship, earn their first commission, and see how Bithost delivers before investing time in sales training and certification. Moving from Referral to Silver requires completing the solution partner onboarding, which typically takes two to three days. Moving to Gold additionally requires delivery training and a minimum number of completed engagements.
Commissions are calculated on the value of the Bithost engagement and paid within 30 days of the client's first payment. For multi-phase engagements, commission is paid on each phase as it is invoiced. We pay via bank transfer directly to your registered account. Your partner portal shows a real-time commission ledger so you always know exactly what is owed and when it will be paid. There are no minimum thresholds for payout.
Yes. White-label delivery is available from Solution Partner Silver tier upwards. You invoice your client, Bithost delivers the service without ever contacting your client directly, and the engagement is branded as your firm's service. We sign a confidentiality clause that explicitly prevents us from disclosing our involvement. Your client relationship stays yours throughout and after the engagement.
The highest-converting profiles are: companies with 25 to 500 employees that handle customer or financial data (strong security audit demand), businesses recently moved to the cloud that have never had a cost review (cloud cost optimisation), growing companies on shared hosting email outgrowing their current setup (email migration), manufacturing or logistics companies with factory floor connectivity (OT and ICS security), and any company whose leadership has asked "what should we do about AI" without receiving a clear answer (AI integration and Sovereign AI).
No minimum revenue commitment at any tier. We do not require you to bring a certain number of leads or hit a revenue target to maintain your partnership status. There is also no exclusivity requirement. You can continue working with other technology vendors and partners while being a Bithost partner. The only restriction is that you cannot simultaneously represent a direct competitor offering identical services in the same client conversation.
A Gold Solution Partner earns a margin on services they sell and deliver. A Strategic Alliance is a joint commercial relationship where both parties actively invest in building revenue together. Alliances involve a shared marketing budget, joint go-to-market planning at a leadership level, potential product integration, and revenue sharing structures that are negotiated specifically rather than drawn from a standard tier. If your firm has 50 or more clients who are natural Bithost prospects and you want to build a structured multi-year relationship, an Alliance conversation is worth having.
